I truly have a love/hate relationship with socks. I think I must own 150 pair and several ‘orphans’. Then of course there is the ‘red headed stepchild’ of socks. That is what these socks are.somehow you just gotta love them.The thing with these is, not the most attractive mix of colors, although they seem to add a bit of funky fun to my poor tired feet. They have worked their way into my heart as a daily favorite bc they fit snugly but don’t leave marks on my legs from strangulation. They stay put no matter the shoes or boots I wear. Medium weight so they work with a variety of shoes and slippers that I wear as ‘House shoes’. I’ve worn one pair or another from this group since Oct when I bought them and I have yet to find a hole, or had the elasticy pieces from the top start to develop stringy strays. They are warm but don’t make my feet too hot. No ‘rubby’ spots to bug me and I am super sensitive to fabrics touching me. They colorful dyes don’t stink.The only ‘cons’ I have really found is that the mix of colors has balled up a bit on the outside and they have faded a bit. But this does not dissuade me from putting a pair on again today to have happy feet!Bottom line is that they are a great value and given all of the things I love about them, I would definitely buy them again! One star taken off for color fade.
