You can't make it work properly, Chinese quality

You can make it work if you have a lathe to make parts, the manufacturer clearly never assembled anything to know which parts don't allow the ball bearing assembly to rotate so the cable just drags across the pulley instead of spinning freely...I'm an assembler with the skill and ability to assemble and improve designs...save time and find a choke of better quality bodywork.
