That works great. if it works

I got this in December for my USB-C monitor It worked very well, charging and transferring data to my MacBook. But I had charging issues at the end of February (as part of the tech support deadline) and contacted support. Basically I was told to wait and contacted someone at Belkin who told me I was assigned to the wrong department and kept me up for about an hour. At some point I got angry and hung up. I just wanted to send it back and get a replacement but apparently it was asking too much.
