Good enough for Nordstrom, good enough for me not to spend 20 minutes driving to buy them. The magnet is strong enough to hold it after a 12 hour day without moving or falling off. Much higher quality than others you can get on Amazon. The magnet is also covered with mater to not irritate the skin!
