Looks good and easy to install but videos and pictures are misleading. First, there is no sliding door over the cat door to latch and protect it from the elements. There are fluffy things around the door that stick to the edges, forcing it to stay open. There is no magnet on the bottom to close it between uses. This way it stays open every time the cat gets in or out. There's a red lock downstairs and it broke the first time I tried it, so now I have no way of locking it at all. I don't have a car and I spent all my money on this thing in a month so I can't even return it. If you are very poor like me, please don't waste your money on this. Without a car I can't afford to take litter out for my 3 cats every week so I was really hoping this would work. Now I have an open hole in my window that I can't lock and I have to close it every time my cat uses it. I am so disappointed. A very good idea, but very poorly executed.
