The ability to build custom communities is very powerful! I love that it's easy enough so non techie people can use them as well.

It takes some time getting used too but once you understand how everything works together all comes into play pretty easily after awhile. There are sometimes issues with users not being able to access content they should be seeing or posting comments even though others in my group could see what was posted by another user (I'm assuming this has something to due w/ permissions). If someone wants to quickly set up multiple groups of friends then there isn't much else out here like chaorx right now which makes sense since its relatively new product still growing - however if one wanted only 1 specific type of social media experience than maybe look elsewhere? We're trying get our co workers involved within different types of interest areas such as fitness & healthy living etc..
