Lots of patches for money.
This is a great patch for life. I applied one to the inside of some cargo shorts that were worn but could still be worn at home. On the first try, the iron overheated and the band-aid melted. So I had to delete it and try again. The second time I switched the heat to cotton and also used a piece of parchment paper as a spacer over the patch. It seemed to work and the shorts held up to washing and drying without the patch coming loose.
