Excellent customer support from knowledgeable staff
The team is very professional in their approach to solving problems with blockchain technology. They are always willing to help you understand what they can do for your business and how it will benefit you. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product or service so far. If there were any issues we had at first, they quickly fixed them. We used getblock as an additional layer of security when using our website's payment gateway provider. It allowed us to check transaction history before allowing payments through our gateway provider.
Pros
- This was one year ago & haven't needed since then but would like more options such setting up recurring amounts (like monthly subscriptions) etc..all handled by gb! And if something needs fixing/updating all over again.easy enough without having too much hassle!! Keep doing exactly whats best..you need no other software really
