Edited report after 1 year I've had this chair for about a year and while it has held up very well the underside of the seat was a bit hard for my gentle babysitter. It doesn't have much impact, but young people using this chair don't complain about it. Bluetooth speakers are never used, we all have headphones. Wheels and fittings hold up well. Took about an hour to assemble, the screws are hex heads and basically two different lengths but the same diameter. Don't get confused. Bolts are firmly embedded and with washers already installed. Assembly is easy, the instructions have clear numbers. The packaging is strong and protective. Bluetooth is a small box that fits in your back pocket, Bluetooth works well with iPhone and computer. For charging you need a USB cable, which is included in the kit. The speakers are loud enough. The chair reclines but doesn't feel unstable. It has multiple adjustments, including armrest rotation. Everyone seems to have positive lock on the neck pillow, but the lumbar pillow is a bit stiff for my liking. Both are optional. The fit and finish of the chair is exceptional. The seat has a groove between the side bolsters and the seat. It helps pick up future snacks as it wraps around the bottom. All pillows have zippers. If you need to work with the filling, they don't have tabs, so no one should accidentally touch them. The footrest extends far enough for my 6ft 1in. It is held in place by two O-rings and accessories are included. The plastic mechanics cover is also screwed on, so there's no risk of it coming loose. The pillows are firm but comfortable enough. The sidewalls are very hard. Delivery was very fast, Amazon said two weeks, received in three days. Addendum: After three months, the chair is still in perfect condition, the only thing I don't like is the seat cushion is harder than I would like.
