too small ...!!! to my rating.
I know my daughter has thicker legs, but they are too narrow in the legs. She is 20 months old and usually wears 2T with Carters. I don't even think 3T would fit because her cousin who is very petite for her age (2 years exactly) wears the same pants in 3T and they fit her. I know the size of a company can vary a lot, but why can the size vary so much within a company? She currently has 18 month old Carter pants which still fit her very well.
- The Reds pierced the knee the first time they put it on. I bought them because of the red. Black is still strong.
