I've lost 30 lbs. (intentionally!) in the last year, and 40 lbs. since a diagnosis of type II diabetes. I was tired of drilling holes in my belts, and was just looking for "a belt." The RATCHET caught my attention. Then I read of the Micro-Adjustments of just ¼". Sold! As soon as the belt came in, I tried it. I had to trim about 3" initially to make it "just right," but that was easily done with a pair of scissors. Perfect! It is EASY to "tighten just a notch" or to let out a notch as the day goes on.
