Powerful and beautiful laptop

In general, a very good laptop. The display looks very smooth and crisp, and the design of this year's Omen is great and not too "aggressive" compared to many other gaming laptops. It's relatively light and has enough ports for every need. In addition, the keyboard is very comfortable to use, and the material of the laptop seems to be of good quality (the screen flexes a little, but the keyboard and the "body" of the laptop are quite sturdy). There's not much to say about performance either: it's multi-task capable, reasonably fast, responsive, and allows most triple-A level games to run at 60+ fps on the highest settings. Now it's also nice to know that fingerprints are very visible on a laptop, but they can be wiped off with a microfiber cloth. There's also a gap between the screen and the keyboard when it's closed, but since it's a plastic screen it's probably not a cause for concern (but still good to know). The edges are a bit sharp when writing, I don't find it particularly unpleasant, but it might be for some. In terms of battery life, you can get around 3 hours of battery life on normal tasks like writing documents in Word or watching Youtube videos normally. I guess you can get an extra hour with battery saver enabled, but yeah the battery isn't great. Finally, it's a quiet machine most of the time, although the fans can sometimes be a bit noisy during simple tasks, but never for more than 2-3 minutes. They stay loud while gaming, but it's not overly loud, it's pretty decent. Overall: I enjoy using this laptop every day and it can handle almost anything you want to do, be it work or play. The only downside would be the battery life, but that's easily remedied with a portable charger.
