is not stiff enough or flexible enough. how can it be? Well, I've been cooking for fifty years, and after the first decade using a spatula is becoming second nature. Also, the end of the spoon and the ends of the spatula are set at right angles, not aligned, so the side of the unused one is constantly banging against my hand. (I have a small open plan kitchen (no drawers) and I need to keep an eye on my utensils in some vintage pots so I bought it for its beautiful looks and in that sense it's great - it earned it a star).
