I love how easy it was for our team members (including non-marketing folks) all across multiple departments/functions at my organization to get started with simple! It helped us have more productive meetings by capturing ideas in one place instead of email back & forth or sticky notes everywhere we went - AND IT'S FREE!! We also liked being able to use different colors so everyone could easily see what they were working on without having a bunch of people asking questions about why certain things are purple vs green etc when there's no real answer other than "this just looked pretty". Sometimes you don't realize until after implementation exactly which features your coworkers will need but if this tool had been available prior then perhaps those needs would've come up sooner rather than only realizing them once everything has already gone live. 1.)
