Review on High-Quality 5.11 Tactical 1.5 Inch Leather Belt - XX Large for Optimal Performance by Tim Bunker

My wife bought me this belt from Woot. This is a great quality belt but I have a major issue with its design. The vast majority of my holsters stick to the gray "5.11" internal label they created for this strap. Pulling the holsters through the belt was extremely difficult as they got stuck almost every time. This is such a bad design. I felt like I had to cut out the tag but then that left some fairly large stitch holes on the inside of the strap and ripped the integrity of the strap leather as a few holes came out with the stitch. /a thread. I very carefully used sharp sewing scissors to remove the stitching and tweezers to gently pull out what was left of the thread and this only made matters worse. I'm a big fan of 5.11 Gear and the quality is always top notch. This is a great quality belt but in my opinion it's just an imperfect design.
