There were 3 films in the pack but only 1 anti-reflective sheet. The other two were standard screen protectors. Also, there were no cleaning wipes (wet/dry), installation stickers, or instructions that come with screen protectors. I had to use what was on hand (wipes with alcohol, wipes for sunglasses and stickers), which left villi under the first glossy protective film. I removed and used another, having more carefully removed the lint with tape. The second installed better, but again I was surprised by the shine of the "anti-glare" screen protector. When I put the latter on my other iPad, I noticed a difference in the matte finish. I don't see any way to contact the seller about these issues...and cannot initiate a return as they are already installed on our iPads and there is no way to remove and repackage them for a return. Honestly I think someone probably bought the item, used 2 of them (including installation material) and repackaged them with the usual protective films before sending them back. It's the only thing that makes sense... but the company should have tested the product before reselling it.
