Customer service: 5 stars, product 0, unfortunately. I bought this protector but the corners were crooked and wouldn't flatten. Contacted CS (not Amazon) and they kindly and quickly sent replacement instructions. Second try, still not good. Except for 1, all corners are flat. But the worst thing is that the screen protector is so thick that it bounces off the screen and makes it appear double. Not too noticeable but extremely dangerous for our eyes. Makes our eyes work harder, even if you don't believe it. Please do not use these. See photos. Finally, data protection only works when the iPad is held horizontally. What is not listed.
