Review on URPRO Upgraded Portable Lightweight Backpacking by Elijah Pope

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not 2.3 pounds as advertised, it weighs 2.7 with packaging; narrow for shoulders

I bought this for hiking because it was the lightest chair I've seen around and high enough for a headrest. However, it does NOT weigh 2.3lbs as advertised, it weighs 2.7lbs like some of the other models/brands available. I could live with it if it were more comfortable, but it's too tight in the shoulder area and seems to pinch them. Also, due to the position it returned my shoulders/upper back to, I had to recline uncomfortably to use the headrest effectively, so this kind of defeats its purpose. I sat in it next to my friend's chair which looked like it had a high back and was much more comfortable. In terms of stability, it seemed so/so as long as you place it on a flat and dry floor, which is pretty common for most chairs. in that category, so I'm not going to beat him for that. However, I wouldn't try to go over the weight limits for these types of chairs. For reference, I weigh about 160 pounds.
