Best cheap quality in engine cooling and air conditioning

Purchased in April 2021. The fan started with a delay, then hummed. Now it has completely stopped working. Went and shopped at local auto parts. It was more expensive but if something goes wrong I can replace it. I hope this helps others when purchasing this item.
