The platform is super simple, it's very easy-to use (I just set up an API for my app within 5 min), I can monitor real time performance of every request that comes into our dashboard - so we could see exactly what makes requests fail or succeed! We are using their free plan right now but they recently announced new plans which has made us even more curious about them as well ;). Nothing really.- It takes some getting used with this tool because at first you will always be sending lots / millions/ billions etc data per minute instead doing smaller batches like e g 10 reqs each second would make your life easier than handling 1M+ records simultaneously :)- If all works fine there won't any problems if someone else starts working from another location then everything should work seamlessly when switching between locations;-) So far no issues here:- Great service, fast responses,- Support team couldn´t do anything wrong either by emails nor via tickets-, Easy setup process compared other services out ther where people usually need weeks before being able solve certain questions-. Fast answers & solutions delivered:- They're responding quickly both through ticketing system OR email response times, not much longer after receiving message sent directly trough support@backforproblemsoftware com. I like that it is easy to use, it has everything you need for your back4app project, the documentation is very complete and the support team are always there if you need them. The price is not cheap but what it offers is great and it's worth it. I would say that the UI could be improved, but I don't think this will change much as the user interface is already good. A must try! It makes our work life easier. We now connect with all our customers from the same platform.
