I have quest fitness games to force me to exercise. It was a lot of money, but it was worth it for me. The only thing is that the battery life sucks. It goes on the back instead of a strap, which is more convenient, especially since I wear glasses so the mask can pinch and leave marks on my nose and the battery drains quickly. It seems that when I do something I get a low battery warning. This allows me to connect the power bank and charge it during training. It holds securely in place and works well.
