Review on Talent Function by David Boone

The ease of implementation for all parties involved (both internal & external) was one thing I found most appealing about this product from TFM® as opposed to other solutions that were available in the marketplace at the time such as ATS or Workday. It really gave us some peace-of mind after experiencing several failed implementations within my previous employer's IT department over a 5 year period. If you are looking for an easy plug 'n' play solution then try out FTM! There is nothing negative mentioned thus far by those that have used Talend/Talent function. Our organization had previously struggled with hiring process management but now has been able to solve many issues through using talentfunction products internally to manage both inbound resumes and candidate information across multiple departments including HRIS and Payroll.
