Ideal for using the Gua Sha tool. I was having trouble finding a product that would allow me to safely hatch when using gua sha tools. I don't want to irritate or pull and damage my skin when using tools, so having a good lube that lasts a while is a must for my comfort and happiness. I don't like applying the product constantly during my workouts because I want to create some kind of momentum to have an overall effect on the fascial, skin and blood systems. I had a really great session using this massage oil and have really felt the results ever since. I've used this product a few times and although I've gotten rid of cellulite lately or in the last two or three months after giving up cheese and crackers, it's been a real addiction and a daily snack for a long time. My skin has changed, but cutting out bad fats and salt makes me feel a lot better. Although not perfect. I'm almost 60 and my knees, hips, stomach and buttocks need Gua Sha for fascial stimulation and conditioning. My knees respond the quickest to this product. I have used it alone with no effect on my stomach and scars, stretch marks and it is soothing and also improves the appearance of the skin. This oil smells pleasant and refreshing. Be careful when using it around pets. Be sure to wash your hands. It's pretty strong. Also pay attention to the face and eyes. 5 Stars. I am very happy with this affordable product.
