I was very surprised when I put them on. I really had no idea what to expect but I love how they feel on my feet. I have a fairly large foot but I would say a women's size 10.5 or 11 would squeeze it. They really hydrate and this delivers them to the bottom of the foot and heel. Just walking around in my socks I almost feel like I slipped on this gel. I don't think you'll ever slip and fall with these, but I think someone with a sore knee can tweak it a bit, so I'd just wear them to sleep at night to keep my feet hydrated. Although I really like them and I really think I will buy more. Your feet won't feel hot and sweaty in them, if that bothers you. They're not like that at all. What a great idea.
