This is a very elegant and well made tablecloth. When I received it, I washed it on the gentle cycle and dried it on the lowest setting. I ironed the tablecloth with a moderately warm iron and it turned out just beautiful. I found no signs of shrinking, fading, bunching or peeling. My tablecloth is red and I love the monochromatic color scheme used to create the checkered effect. This is a great tablecloth for the holidays or for everyday use. Your decision. I found it to be professionally designed and made at a very reasonable price. It's much nicer in reality than in the photo.
