May 9, 2013 I bought these Lace headphones from Staples. They had a microphone and volume control and were $10 less than iPhone headphones. I was excited because they were Ecko (I love Mark Eco). The initial sound quality was incredible; waaaah better than iPhone headphones. Well after about 4 months I've noticed that the sound isn't as crisp as it was when I originally bought it. A few weeks later they were dead. I couldn't find my receipt (who keeps it?) so the one year limited warranty was useless. However, I emailed the company (Mizco) to see if there was anything they could do. No Answer. POOH! So I buy a cheaper pair through Revain (they always keep my receipt). I made a purchase in January. It's only May and I've lost sound in my right earphone and the left earphone starts to whistle. ALSO, I swear they must be tangle resistant. this is a joke I wrote the company another letter. If they don't answer me, I'll call. However, I am sending them BOTH sets and I had better return the two new headphones at a reasonable time. Update June 10, 2014 Sorry for the delay. I finally got a reply from Mizco and sent BOTH headphones back. A few weeks later I got a new replacement. Unfortunately BOTH headphones died within 2 months. Shit a lot but I will NEVER buy Mizco headphones again. Mark Eco, find another company that makes audio accessories.
