We love this mug! We bought one a long time ago, I dropped it and broke it so I ordered a new one. We also gave this mug as a gift. Most importantly, there are instructions on the bottom so you don't accidentally put your coffee on the wrong end. Online videos are also helpful. Cups can be so complicated. The husband is an engineer, the son is studying in the aerospace industry. You'll love this mug! The old cup was a bit shiny. This new model is matte. Some like it shiny, others like it matte. It might look a bit fishy if you're taking this mug to your math exam (hey dude, it's just coffee), but it might be worth a try.
