The package was damaged, the driver tried to hand me someone else's package.
Easy installation. I wish the mirror had at least a slight cut-out on the back to hide the wiring if you don't have a built-in box in the wall. The packaging was badly damaged but the mirror was fine. It looks good. I've installed it for two weeks now and found that the touch button to turn it off and on no longer works, and also when a new one touches it many times to turn it off, not just once the first time.
