I am very happy with this toothbrush. The bristles are slightly stiffer than the traditional extra soft ones for babies. I was looking for something with a little more structure. It is wonderful! The head is slightly larger than baby toothbrushes found in most stores. I am very satisfied as it is a great middle ground between baby/toddler brushes and children's toothbrushes. The handle is completely flat with protrusions for gripping. It's a little strange at first because I'm so used to rounded toothbrush handles. Wait a few days and the brush will be normal. Good product!
