I highly recommend these balloons. I brought a Twinkle Twinkle little star set for my little girl birthday and were beatufil. Sturdy-good quality and after few weeks I blowded them without elion they were until on the wall. What i did was blow them again and they were tight and nice to put on my daughters bedroom. It was January 19 and I have until now the small pink star on the wall. I cut them 3 others because I live in a small space so I can't keep many things. You won't regret. It bring with regular balloons and 4 foils balloons. You can use elion or not. I didn't use elio.
