Sorry but what do other reviews say? NO. As you can see from the photos it only stuck to a few areas of my hair and now I have black spots all over it. Odor? The. . effin. eff. Why does it smell like fish? It's terrible. I understand the chemical smell, but for THAT to mix with the fishy smell, BLEG. stubborn? NO. I was planning to write my review a month after coloring my hair so I can give you all the details about the color but this is only my FOURTH DAY. Can I say for sure what it is? is garbage.
