Good for a few weeks/months so far but a bit noisy. I have this for running RGBW LED strips/strings under and above my kitchen cabinets. I have a power supply that powers a Zigbee controller controlled via Hue Hub. If I have a light at approx. 10% brightness, the power supply fan does not turn on at all, if it is a little brighter I can hear the fan quietly, if I increase the brightness to 60% or more, the power supply fan runs at 100%. and it's kind of annoying. At some point I will probably replace the fan to make it quieter. I have a feeling that fan speed depends on current and not temperature. Responds immediately to load requests, my rig has a fairly constant load and the fan doesn't run (when I adjust the light level it stays off, low or high. Doesn't cycle on and off). It looks like it's off, low, high in my setup.
