I ordered this dress in light pink in a medium (135lbs, 5'5"). It fit nicely with a little extra room for shrinkage, perfect for me. It has a drawstring rather than elastic at the high waist. I ordered another dress that has elastic and I think the drawstring is more comfy. I ordered another dress from this vendor and it was smaller, the medium was a bit tight and it was a different style with elastic. I also ordered similar dresses from other vendors and found that this vendor has significantly higher quality. I will re-order the 2nd dress from this vendor in a large. Very satisfied, especially for the price
