Review on Optimized Belkin Store and Charge: πŸ”Œ AC Classroom Charging Station for Laptops and Tablets by Jonathan Arroyo

Expensive plastic carrying case

Let's be honest. This is a very expensive plastic bag. It doesn't do anything, it just keeps the tablets on the side and keeps the cables tidy. That being said, there isn't a better storage solution I could find anywhere. So overpriced? Yes. Does it look good and keep people from stealing all the charging cords? Also yes. It accommodates full size iPads with full multi-piece cases with enough space. Because the baffles are fixed, the iPad stays fully upright. We don't use it to store laptops, but it also fits my Dell XPS laptop easily, so it definitely fits a Chromebook in its class. My biggest concern was that the compartment inside that holds the cables needs to slide in and out easily. to allow easy access, and mine must be defective because it's almost impossible to remove. It doesn't matter, I just ran the cables through without removing the tray. If it weren't so expensive I wouldn't worry. If you have a situation (educational or commercial) where you need to provide access to tablets but also need to prevent frequent "borrowing" of the cable, this is a great solution and I recommend this product. To be honest, the cost of the device is less than what we spent replacing charging cables.

Pros
  • Fits all generations of iPads, Samsung tablets, e-readers even with protective cases and compatible laptops or Chromebooks up to 13 inches
Cons
  • Not sure
