I've used their sandalwood scented aftershave balm before (and love it and highly recommend it) so when I saw they had toners I had to buy a bottle and try it not disappointed at all. I've used other facial scrubs (St. Ives, Lab Series, Kiehls) and while I've had no problems with these brands, the Lather & Wood facial scrub not only works just as well, it's even better in my own experience. , than others. I know that most exfoliating face scrubs are not recommended for daily use (once every few days is usually recommended). At least on my own skin, I definitely experience very slight irritation and dryness from using other brands on a daily basis. So far this has not happened with this product. I will occasionally use it for 2, 3, 4 days in a row and I haven't experienced the slight irritation or unusual dryness (I live in Colorado) that I get from other products. I'm sure it might have something to do with the ingredients they use (or the ingredients they don't that other brands use) - I don't know for sure. All I know is that this is a great product that I plan to use in the future. Get a bottle and you won't be disappointed.
