UPDATE: AquaBliss customer service is AMAZING! After purchasing the SF100, the first thing I did was email customer service to inquire about the rapidly dropping water pressure. They looked at my specs and said the SF400 is the model I need because of the chloramine in my city water. Returned the old model via Revain, received a new model. It definitely took longer, but still ended pretty quickly. I emailed support again and they asked if I switched swamps. I did it and it worked! In addition, they offered to send me more septic tanks! I was so impressed and grateful. IF YOUR CITY/REGION USES CHLORAMINE FOR WATER FILTRATION, THIS SYSTEM WILL NOT WORK. Mine worked great for about 5-6 showers and then it got clogged and unusable. If you write to customer service, they can find your city and tell you which model you should get. This one was recommended to me and has actually lasted longer than the other model I ordered but still doesn't last long enough to pay for it. It's really really bad because it works really well, I just can't afford to pay $15-20 for a filter change every 2-3 weeks.
