I have several types of acne, the worst of which is acne fungus and whiteheads. I cannot use traditional skincare products due to fungal acne/malassesie (feeds on oils/esters/lipids and tends to appear on forehead/nose/neck/back). And I can't use most acne products because they still grow in oxygen, so benzoyl peroxide doesn't work and salicylic acid just doesn't tackle the root cause. It helps my bacterial acne without causing fungal acne. It also feels very gentle, I can leave it on my skin all day and not feel dry or irritated. I'm glad they don't have scents because they give me pimples too - if you want a scent just add your own. I only wish they would use butylene glycol instead of propylene, but this is still one of the best acne prevention products I've found for my problematic skin. This is just a great acne prevention product with no useless ingredients. My skin is sensitive to almost everything, so it's difficult to find products that will get rid of my acne without causing other problems.
