Revainrating 3 out of 5

Mostly comfortable but with a few flaws

I tried this chair out at a local furniture store. Revain was a lot cheaper so I decided to buy online. I noticed how uncomfortable many of the chairs were and this one won the grand prize for comfort. The chair itself makes a high-quality impression. It's comfortable and I like the side supports. It reminds me of a sports car I once owned. For reference, I'm 5'10" and about 160 pounds. If you're 200+, if possible try to see how comfortable it is for you before buying. It looks beautiful and seems like it should My last poo died of stool cancer about 4 years later and the "skin" was completely shed. It started out slow, and then it turned out that the whole stool decided to come off at once. It doesn't look like it looks like it's going to happen but it will take years to make sure it's true Now for the cons 1. The wheels are really good They look like those soft roller skates indoors The problem is that moving on the carpet isn't very comfortable. Not a big deal as the chair doesn't need to be moved except when I'm cleaning up but the wheels don't seem to really move and I just pull the chair around.2.My right armrest and approx 10 degrees It's bugging me The left side is fine g, but the right side doesn't, and there's no way to attach it so that it doesn't face inwards, since that's where the holes were drilled underneath. I don't realize when I'm using it, but it's just annoying to look at.3. The armrests are incredibly uncomfortable. There seems to be some kind of padding, but it's very thin and hard as stone. With other chairs, I just took it for granted. I've bought several armrest covers here at Revain and it makes them so much better. Had no idea such a thing existed but this chair gives them a market. I feel like I shouldn't have bought it yet. This is the first time I've had to do this for a chair. So-so things. The lumbar support worked great the first day, but then I took it off. It was pretty annoying. I'm sure I'll be able to use it eventually and I'm glad it's there, but I just didn't feel comfortable leaving it on all the time. That might be personal preference, but my SO wasn't a fan either. Would I buy it again? Yes I think so. I want them to fix the armrest issues. I think a rating of 3/5 is a reasonable rating. I like this chair but it could use some improvement as this chain's price range is higher than the cheap junk that is sold. This chair was pretty good last year. It's very durable and I recently had a back injury and while the lumbar pillows were annoying at first (and took them away) they really helped when I was in recovery mode and had to work from home. I would love to give 5 stars but the off-center armrests and the need to purchase armrests still knocks off a star.
