I have 2 of these refurbished units from October 2018 and have been using them since Christmas. I had no problems with either of them for several months until yesterday. The operating system on one of the devices was corrupted or missing when the device was powered on. This is a common occurrence on Chromebooks and there is plenty of help online and from Samsung to fix this problem. However, since this was refurbished, I did not have access to OS recovery due to the security lock. My only recommendation to the seller is to ensure that the end user has full access to the OS before selling it, just in case the OS encounters such issues. Other than this issue, which I'm working on with SquareTrade, I've been happy with both devices.
