I would like to revise my original review: The manufacturer/seller offered me a replacement watch - free shipping. So I thought - why not. What am I losing? The replacement came back on time (they didn't even return the original as part of the deal) As beautiful as the original - in other words - not a refurbished model. And after that, have and wear the watch for a couple of 3 weeks or so - it tells the perfect time. So maybe the original was a failure. My faith is restored - in fact the company has other beautiful watch models that I would like to order more. Now I recommend these guys.
