Review on BEAMNOVA by Jimmy Garcia

My interaction with BEAMNOVA did not result in a favorable outcome, which is a great shame. Despite the fact that they sell a broad variety of tools and supplies, the quality of their products is not nearly as good as it could be. Despite only being used for simple do-it-yourself projects, the power tools that I bought had a limited lifespan and stopped working not long after I bought them. In addition, the customer service was below average, as it was difficult to get a reaction to the questions that I posed to them. The shipping took significantly longer than anticipated, which was very annoying. Last but not least, I had anticipated for more competitive pricing, but it was not the case. On other websites, I was able to find the same products at a more affordable price. My purchasing experience at BEAMNOVA was, on the whole, less than satisfying, and I would not recommend the store to others.
