Considering how little I paid for this pump my expectations weren't too high. However, this one convinced me. I have used Spectra S2, Spectra 9 in combination with Freemie and Elvie mugs. This pump is as powerful as all Spectra models. Like the Spectra 9, it's rechargeable. However, the battery on this pump lasts MUCH longer. I can easily pump 4x (flow power) between charges if I want to. And it's a lot quieter than the Spectra. Not as quiet as Elvy, but he empties my chest more than Elvy. I am currently putting together a foam insulated fanny pack to wear with freemie cups for more than Elvie use. I like the flanges/bottles that come with the pump. They appear to be very similar in design to the Baby Buddha (as far as I can tell from the photos). With three kids in the house when I'm at home and working full-time the rest of the time, it's just difficult to wear traditional flanges and a pump when there are hands-free bras like Freemie. If you're like me and not completely satisfied with your "free insurance pump", give this one a try. There's not a lot of money to be lost if you hate it, but let me tell you it's good.
