I love this smart scale, it provides a lot of stats about your health that can be helpful. The measurement only takes a second, and once you've properly paired it with the app, it's easy to sync the data. The scale has 4 sensors on the top where you stand, don't forget to take off your socks or it will only measure BMI and weight but nothing else. I made this mistake and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working until I stepped on it with no socks. After weighing, you will see a blinking Bluetooth icon on the scale's LED screen. This is when you need to open the app and select "Start Body Analysis". The app can write data to Apple Health, which is pretty common for iOS apps like this one, but still a nice feature for having all the info in one place. The scale uses batteries, 3 AAA batteries are included. . I've weighed myself once a day for the past two weeks and haven't seen the low battery indicator yet. Hopefully it will last, but I'll update the review when I know exactly how long the batteries last.
