Love it so far! That's a little more than I expected. I just installed it a few days ago. Chicken I Am I asked a friend to help me before I even took it out of the box. It holds more paper per load than any other printer I've had. Best of all, I can quickly print multiple double-sided copies. This would be very good for those with a small office. It also works as a fax but I don't have a landline so I don't use that feature. My main reason for wanting this particular model is to make up games and puzzles for the kids I work with and it only works quickly and efficiently with color or black. I don't have to stand there feeding and/or turning sheets one at a time and waiting for each one to print before moving on to the next. Patience has never been one of my few virtues! The price of Revain is also very good. So if you are in the market, you can check out this model. By the way, a friend of mine who owns a computer repair shop recommended that the Brother brand has fewer problems than some others.
