When I tried to buy a rug for my living room from LEEVAN's online store not too long ago, I was met with a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. In spite of the fact that they claim to have an assortment of home design items that is unrivaled, I found their website to be difficult to use, and their customer service to be weak. To begin, their website was not user-friendly because it was disorganized and complicated. It was difficult to locate the particular kind of rug that I was looking for, and both the descriptions and the photographs were lacking in sufficient detail. In the end, I decided to buy a rug that seemed great on the website; but, when it arrived, the colors were quite different, and the material felt poor and scratchy. When I went to return the rug, the customer support representative was unresponsive to my request. It took more than one attempt to get in touch with someone, and even after all of those attempts, they were of little use. Just to receive a return label, I had to go through numerous hoops, and even after that, I was told that I would be liable for the price of shipping the item back. My experience shopping at LEEVAN's online store was, on the whole, one that was both unpleasant and disheartening. Their website is complicated to use, and their customer care is slow to respond and provides little useful information. I would not suggest this business to anyone searching for a straightforward and uncomplicated approach to their online shopping experience.
