a real disappointment. not sure what happened here. I've bought this in the past and it's been great. stayed fresh/new for a long time. The last two purchases, at $415 each, barely lasted a few months before the surface of the skin started peeling. This shoe underperformed a $45 pair. Did they start making them in China instead of Italy? Or is it a new quality of Italian craftsmanship? I spent over €800 last year. I'll give him one more chance. If that doesn't work, then I'll most likely be done with Bruno Magli for life.
