They're just like those bangles that you pay a dollar or two for and wear around your wrist. They stretch and what you have, but they are a little tight for larger wrists. I bought these in addition to the 6 buttons. I plan to give the bracelet and button to my elderly uncle and aunt who did NOT receive a button or anything other than a signed card when they got the shots. I am also replacing my lost one which I REALLY got and I want my mom to put it here as a keepsake. Please be careful! They are given to the vaccinated. Don't do what other people do. Getting things and saying they were, when they weren't. These people are not only hurting themselves, but also unsuspecting family and friends to think of.
