This looks like a great camera - as long as a bug in the system doesn't rear its ugly head. I had already returned a camera when I called Polaroid and they informed me that the camera would not turn on. This is a known issue and I have to press the internal reset button when this happens. Because it happens OFTEN. Even after I downloaded the app and updated the software. But my teenager loves it very much and now she knows how to fix it, she is happy. It was just a mess and disappointment when we found out about the problem - if it was in the manual or even the insert, it seems Polaroid is more open about the bug.
