Review on Efficiently Connect and Type with the Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard Black by Missy Dawson

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Works well as advertised but needs a "reboot " or a break from time to time.

Mixture of positive and negative, but mostly positive. Delivered on time with Prime, easy to connect and use via Bluetooth. I am satisfied except that it is perfectly even. There are small round rubber "feet" that cushion and prevent sliding on the table, but none of them allow for angled use (can't "support" your back). My 4-star rating therefore refers to "ergonomic". This is fine for short-term desktop use, but with lower, more ergonomic sustained use above the knees, a feeling of tightness sets in after a while (I sometimes sit at the computer 12-14 hours a day). That's probably a good thing, because I still have to get up and take a break every now and then. It's not silent - which is fine with me because I prefer to hear "click, click, click" when I'm typing, but some might not like it. The surface is easy to clean, with very little clearance around each key (to keep crumbs and "things" from getting inside). There are no indicators to indicate that you have Caps Lock on. There is no on/off switch. It connects automatically when I turn on my computer. Stops working after 7 months of use. Nothing I did could get it working again and I was close to throwing it away. Instead I left it idle for two weeks but with new batteries. Then I decided to give it another try and it connected straight away and has been working fine for the past three months. I think like other electronics it needs to be reset periodically. All in all a good buy in my opinion.
