Terrible pack! The worst.
My daughter wanted to use it when we go camping. I usually carry whatever we need/want in my Osprey Tempest, but she had to carry her own water. No matter how we regulate it, it will dig into her and hurt her. The drinking tube should stay in place with a magnet. He doesn't stay down. The slightest movement leaves your bite valve on the floor, dirty and causing you to trip because there is now a hose dangling beneath your feet. Very disappointing! Terrible product!
